Refer a Child to Metamorphosis
Supporting children affected by abuse, trauma, and barriers to mainstream education.
At Metamorphosis, we welcome referrals from parents/carers, schools, SENCOs, local authorities, social workers, and other professionals who are looking for specialist Alternative Provision support.
We provide a safe, nurturing, and personalised learning environment for children and young people who may be struggling within mainstream education due to their experiences, emotional wellbeing, or individual needs.
Who Can Make a Referral?
Referrals can be made by:

Our Referral Process
1. Submit a Referral
Complete our referral form with information about the child’s needs, current situation, education history, and the support required.
2. Initial Review
Our team will review the referral and contact you to discuss the child’s needs, suitability, and the next steps.
3. Assessment & Planning
We work with the child, family, and professionals involved to understand their strengths, challenges, and goals. A personalised support plan is then developed.
4. Support Begins
Once agreed, the child will be offered a start date and begins their programme with tailored education, mentoring, and wellbeing support from our experienced team.
