METAMORPHOSIS PROGRAM

About

The Metamorphosis program Is our new support program for people who have experienced domestic abuse and are learning to fly once more.

Metamorphosis is defined as a change, a new start.

When a caterpillar changes into a butterfly, this is an example of a metamorphosis.

When a person has been through the horrendous experience of domestic abuse, it can have a detrimental effect on the survivors physical and mental wellbeing. It can feel like it changes you and some don’t recognise the person they have changed into.

The metamorphosis program is designed to support you through the change that comes after moving on from an abusive relationship. The program is designed to support you on that journey so you can process and find yourself.

The support group is a six-week program that is focussed on self-awareness, change and moving forward not just in body, but in mind.
